Meters are read the 1st of each month. Electric energy bills are submitted to the member approximately the 5th of the month. Payment is due the 25th of the month. ACH payments are processed the 20th of each month. Bills not paid by the 1st of the next month will be assessed penalties.
Electronic billing is available to all cooperative members through SmartHub.
SmartHub is a mobile and Web app that delivers accurate, timely account information and allows you to make payments in a secure environment with the touch of a button, right from your mobile device or on your PC. The two-way communication available with SmartHub allows you to notify us of account and service issues while providing us a way to let you know about special offers, programs, events and more.
How to Read My Electric Bill

Several payment options are available to our member-owners including automatic bank withdrawals, recurring credit card payments, telephone, online, mail, or drop-off.
View and pay your bill online using SmartHub. SmartHub is a mobile and Web app that delivers accurate, timely account information and allows you to make payments in a secure environment with the touch of a button, right from your mobile device or on your PC. The two-way communication available with SmartHub allows you to notify us of account and service issues while providing us a way to let you know about special offers, programs, events and more.
SmartHub can be accessed through the blue “Pay My Bill” box near the top of this page or through the "My Account" icon on the home page. If you were previously signed up for Burke-Divide Electric Cooperative’s e-bill, simply log in using your e-bill username and password. If you were not signed up for e-bill, click on the “New User” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to sign up.

Make a one-time payment through PayNow. PayNow allows one-time payments to made on an account. You will need the account number and Last Name/Business Name on the account.
The PayNow feature may also be used to pay Miscellaneous Receivable (MR) invoices (i.e. Electrician Services, Contribution in Aid of Construction).
Pay by Phone
Pay your bill over the phone using SecurePay, our automated phone system. Call 1-844-209-7158. Have your account number and payment information ready when you call.
To have your electric payment automatically charged to your credit or debit card or withdrawn from your bank account, simply complete our AutoPay authorization form and return it to our office or sign up through SmartHub.
