Burke-Divide Electric is putting the power of data into our members’ hands with the launch of SmartHub.
SmartHub is BDEC’s free mobile and online bill payment system. SmartHub delivers accurate, timely information regarding your electric account with the Cooperative. SmartHub will replace E-Bill, our current electronic bill payment system.
SmartHub allows you to manage all aspects of your account online or with your mobile device. SmartHub allows you to view detailed usage information and make payments in a secure environment with the touch of a button from your mobile device or PC.
In addition, you can notify us of account and service issues. You may also add notifications that you would like to receive from the Cooperative by email or text. This provides us a way to let you know about special offers, programs, events and more.
Creating a SmartHub account takes less than three minutes. Simply enter your profile information, choose your provider and you’re ready to manage your account right from your computer or smartphone.
SmartHub will be available to Burke-Divide Electric members beginning May 1. Additional information will be available in the Manage My Account section of the website or by calling the office at 1-800-472-2983.
