How does this work? E-bill is simply your utility bill e-mailed to you. We do not send a paper bill to you everything is electronic. The E-bill has graphs showing monthly usage, daily costs among other information.
E-bill also offers the flexibility of paying your bill. We have a Pay-By-Bank option in which we will email you the bill and you have 15 days to look it over and call us with any questions before we electronically deduct the bill from your bank account. We also offer an automatic credit card paying option. This feature works just like the Pay-By-Bank only it's your credit card information that is stored in your account. With these features your bill will always be paid on time, it's fast and secure!
Other paying options include E-check, credit card and mail-in stub. E-check is when you fill out an electronic check that is deducted from your account. This is almost like the Pay-By-Bank option except you have to initiate the transaction. The credit card option is one most people are familiar with. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Finally, the mail-in stub option is just like receiving a paper bill from us only difference is you print the stub and mail it in with a check.
The link below will take you to the E-Bill site. Once there, click the "New User Sign Up" button. To start the sign up process you will have to know your account number and meter number. Once you enter in that information along with an email address the system will generate a password for you and send it to the email address you specified. You then go back to the E-bill site and enter you e-mail address and new password. Once in the site you have options of changing that password and checking your bill.
